This website formerly had a "classifieds" page. Now for sale items and pictures of those items can be posted on the Letters to the Editor page! Just send me the details and pics in an email and I will get them on line for you.

See something that needs to be taken care of immediately? For example: a broken water pipe, fallen tree branch, broken gate, or some such? The quickest way to get it fixed is to call the Property Manager, Jomar, at 480-288-8335 from 9:00 to 5:00 on weekdays. After hours and on weekends, call Jomar's emergency number at 480-898-4202.
Sometimes you will call one of the board members, and although we cetainly want to hear from you, that route only delays the response to your concerns.
Other emergencies such as a fire, snakes, etc., please dial 911 to get proper fire or police response.

If you have a business, rental, for sale, or other...  you can always use more exposure! A way to expose your business  or items to new customers is to advertise.
You may have noticed a new page on this site called Ads-Coupons. You can advertise your business here and get direct links to your website, post coupons, list your phone number and make it easy for customers from the PT community to reach you.   • Repair of top of pool fence
  • Bidding closed for landscaping contract - month to month will be handled by Stillwater until permanent landscaper finalized.
  • Pool fence primed, repaired and painted.
  • Volunteer insurance finalized
  • Painting touch-up quotes fro Club House being considered by bod
  • No trespassing signs procured and ready to be picked up.
  • Trail marker for trailhead at Mountain Aire to be installed by this weekend.
  • Street sealing being scheduled.
  • Quotations for adding granite and moving sprinklers by south fence of pool area. Board decided to scrap this project and install single direction sprinkler heads.
  • Researching towing/booting of illegally parked cars on Peralta streets
  • Working with auditors for Peralta Trails HOA
  • Study of sprinkler water pressure and flow being conducted for Club House
  • RFC to make recommendations on Pool Room at Club House
  • Frog sculpture to be repaired.

Residents who have access to pool and clubhouse must stay current in payment of the monthly RFC dues.  Those residents who are delinquent in payment over 45 days will have their access cards deactivated.  Upon payment in full, cards will be re-activated at a charge of $40.00.  Please refer to Peralta Trails Rules 2.3.10 (iv), (v) found in the Governing Documents on the Documents page.

Two homeowners stepped forward to volunteer to work on the Recreational Facilities Committee and were approved unanimously by the board. David Kiely will chair the committee and gave a report during the General Session. John Motal was not present.

Jacqueline has already produced her first issue for August, but due to a General Session meeting vacation, was not formally approved in the position. Based on her first issue, it is expected that Jacqueline will do an excellent job and the board and homeowners thanks her for volunteering for the position.
